Description

S: Csonka of Brinks 30R4 | D: Miss Brinks Challenger 392M26 | DOB: 24 Feb 2007

Braxton is the sire whose sons and daughters are chosen by Australia’s most respected Brangus breeders. Braxton was originally chosen as an outstanding son to his sire, Csonka of Brinks 30R4. Csonka is the most popular bull in Australian Brangus history, but his semen is no longer available.

When we first saw Braxton calves, we were blown away by their quality.  His UltraBlack (Angus x) calves were especially impressive.  At Telpara Hills we has worked very well over our more moderate females, giving the calves power, growth and style.

Braxton himself is a very impressive and correct bull.  When inspected, he was thriving while working cows in hot, humid, Florida coastal country, which only makes us more confident in his suitability to Australian conditions.

Braxton 392T36 is ranked in the top 25% or better for Yearling Weight, Scrotal, and Rib-Eye Area and Inter-Muscular Fat.

A further advantage for cattle breeders is that Braxton himself has added frame and Brangus character that is sure to be appreciated in Australian operations.

  1. Breeding Tips by Telpara

Don’t discount this bull because of his affordable price. He collected a large amount of straws, so we are able to sell him for a great price. Braxton is one of the most used bulls of all time in Australia because he has proven himself to breed the type that Australian cattlemen love. He’s a chance to add Csonka genetics too, who is now sold out in AU and deceased.
